Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 21, 2025

By registering for services, training, or courses with Home Base Professional Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Course Registration & Payment

  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in any course or training program.

  • Full payment is due before the start of the course, unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing.

  • Payment can be made via approved methods listed on our website or registration form.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The $100 deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances.

  • At Home Base Professional Services, all payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may receive a credit toward a future class, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original class date and are subject to availability. No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the class will not be eligible for credit.

  • No refunds are issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or incomplete participation.

3. Course Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your course, a one-time transfer to a future session may be allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to the original class date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved by Home Base Professional Services.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the duration of the course.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, templates, and course content are the property of Home Base Professional Services and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

  • Home Base Professional Services is a training and consulting agency, not a licensing body. While we provide education and guidance to help you meet state or local requirements, it is your responsibility to comply with all licensing and regulatory requirements in your area.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Home Base Professional Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
