Cancellation Policy
To secure your spot in any class offered by Home Base Professional Services, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit ensures your commitment and allows us to reserve your place, prepare materials, and allocate resources accordingly. The $100 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the class. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Your class date will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. Remaining balances must be paid by the start of the class. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. The $100 deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy At Home Base Professional Services, all payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may receive a credit toward a future class, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original class date and are subject to availability. No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the class will not be eligible for credit. No refunds are issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or incomplete participation.
